Cancellation & Refund Policy 

All courses / Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. We may consider at our own discretion a cancellation on medical or compassionate circumstances. In this circumstance a transferal fee of £50 will be charged, however, if proof of a medical circumstance, this can be waivered.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations that are out of our control. We can however, try and offer an alternative training date.

If our training school has to cancel a course due to sickness, it is not responsible for loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs students may occur. We will endeavour to give our students 24 hours notice and another training date shall be offered.

Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the training classes start to allow for a prompt start.

All students are required to work on each other. However some courses do require the students to bring a model. Please make sure you model is suitable for the treatment and patch tests are carried out if required.

Booking / Cancellation  / Refund Policy

To secure your course you will be required to pay at least a deposit. However some courses do require full payment.

 

If you need to cancel your course then please do so no later then 48 hours prior to the course date.

No refunds will be issued by Flourish School of Beauty & Aesthetics. We will however work with you to transfer you onto another date and or course.

If you do transfer onto another course that is of a higher value then you will be required to pay the difference before confirming you new placement.

 

If you fail to attend a course with no contact then no refunds or new dates will be offered.

 

None of our online courses are eligible for a refund. This is because you will have had full instant access to the course material.

 

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
